Because we strictly limit the number of couples we partner with each season to ensure the highest standard of quality and care, this initial step secures your place in our production workflow.
Timeline Confirmation
--Our studio to confirm your wedding date is within our 8 to 10 week production window requirement. Client to receive confirmation within 1 to 2 days.
Bespoke Questionnaire Sent
--Within 1 to 2 days of timeline confirmation, you will receive our Bespoke Questionnaire. This comprehensive form gathers your essential wedding details—including venue logistics and wording preferences —so our studio can begin crafting your initial design proofs.
Bespoke Questionnaire Complete
--To keep your project moving along smoothly within our design pipeline, we kindly ask that your completed questionnaire parameters be submitted back to our studio within 3 days.
Digital Proof
--Upon the receipt of your completed wedding details, please allow our studio 5 to 10 days to artfully compose your initial digital proofs. This dedicated creative window allows us to meticulously review typography hierarchy, visual balance and harmony before presenting the curated design for your review.
Client Review & Approval
--To maintain the integrity of your tailored production schedule, we kindly request that your feedback or formal approval be submitted within 5 days. This collaborative window ensures we have ample time to refine every detail to perfection without compressing our printing timeline. When reviewing your digital proof, please compile your feedback thoroughly; three complimentary rounds of proofing are included to perfect your suite. Should your design require additional revisions beyond these three rounds, an additional design fee will be applied, and your final production timeline may be impacted.
Material Sourcing & Production
--Upon receiving your formal approval, our studio immediately enters the procurement and production phase. Please allow 6 to 7 weeks for custom printing plate creation, fine art paper sourcing, artisanal presswork, and meticulous hand-assembly. This intentional window ensures every custom element meets our studio's highest standards before delivery.
Departs Our Studio
--Hand-crafted, beautifully wrapped, and ready for your celebration—your stationery has officially departed our studio. A tracking itinerary will be provided so you may follow its progress. To ensure the absolute security of your pieces upon arrival, a formal signature will be required at the time of delivery.
